Tornadus
Tornadus The Hipster Genie Tornadus_anime

HP:79
ATK:115
DEF:70
SATK:125
SDEF:80
SPE:111

After dropping to UU due to the rise in the usage of the alternate Therian form,Tornadus finds its home in UU as one of the best prankster users in the game.
Being even faster and more offensive than Sableye ,Tornadus can easily wreck holes in teams. With a 111 speed that makes it fast already combined with some over powered offensive stats,Tornadus can easily fill the role of a revenge killer, late game sweeper,or wallbreaker. With all of these things combined Tornadus even gets the ability to greatly help rain teams on UU and maybe even some teams in OU.

Set#1: Rain,Set,Sweep
Item: Life Orb
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Rain Dance
- Taunt
- Hurricane
- Grass Knot / Focus Blast

This set is all about setting up rain to sweep the opposing team mercilessly. This can also be used to help other rain abusers in a UU team such as Kingdra. A Prankster Rain Dance always goes first and allows the tide of the battle to go in Tornadus' favor. Taunt can be used to stop others such as Sableye who may cripple this set with a Will-O-Wisp easily or for pokes who may use stealth Rocks which can destroy this set easily.. After the rain has been setup the sweeping begins. A STAB Life Orb Hurricane being launched off of a powerful 125 special attack stat means something is going to be crushed. Grass Knot can be used to hit bulky waters like Milotic as well as Suicune and Rhyperior. Focus Blast can be also used to actually hit Steel types like Metagross easier. If you need the rain out longer a Damp Rock can be used to increase the time rain stays on the field so another sweeper can destroy the team if needed.
Spoiler:

Set#2-Bulk Up
Item: Flying Gem
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Substitute / Taunt
- Bulk Up
- Acrobatics
- Brick Break

With a pretty good physical attack stat of 115 Tornadus is easily capable of being a physical sweeper.A fairly unusual set that can act as a surprise physical sweeper. This set can be a surprise and can be also unpredictable when used correctly. Leading off with Substitute is usually the way to go,stopping Toxic,Will-o-Wisp, and Thunder Wave dead in their tracks.Taunt can be used for the same purpose but is usually inferior to Substitute. After that a nice Bulk Up increases Tornadus' offensive and defensive power, making its Substitutes stronger and making Acrobatics even more threatening. Acrobatics combined with Flying Gem and Bulk Up is sure to score a KO somewhere. brick Break can be used to stop opposing Rock and Steel types that may evidently wall this set. This can be solved however by turning Tornadus' nature to Naive or Hasty with a EV spread pf 252Atk/4SAtk/252Spe and giving it Grass Knot or Heatwave. With Grass Knot Rhyperior is no longer a major threat while Heat Wave rids of Bronzong and Steelix easier. this set functions as a good late game sweeper like the last and should not be under estimated.

Set#3-Scarf Genie
Item: Choice Scarf
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 32 Atk / 224 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Focus Blast / Superpower
- Grass Knot / Heatwave
- Air Slash

With a well above average speed of 111,it might seem a bit redundant to scarf something so fast, but it has a good purpose,to out speed the other Scarfed pokes pf UU like Chandelure,Heracross, and others and also functions as a great and diverse revenge killer. U-turn is a move that can easily destroy low health pokes and adds momentum to teams without to much of an issue.Hidden Power Ice can be an effective way to hit Hydreigon while Focus Blast can be used over this.If accuracy is an issue use Superpower even though it comes at the cost of a lower attack and defense and makes Tornadus setup bait.Grass Knot hits Swampert and Slowbro for some good damade as well as Rhyperior who wont like taking a hit. Heatwave hits Bronzong and Metagross for some good damage that can also suprise them. Air Slash is the main STAB move that can easily cause flinch when your lucky but has its accuracy issue. This set is made to be diverse with the EVs fitting the need.

Tornadus is a great poke to use in UU,mainly on rain teams with a good lead or mid rain abuser in focus or a end game sweeper. Tornadus and Jolteon make a good UU combo has they cover each others weakness well but anything with good defenses well do such as Porygon2. Tornadus cant take a Weaviles Ice shard for its life and mainly hates any form of priority such as metagrosses Bullet Punch and Arcanines Extreme Speed. In the end Tornadus is always viable for any UU team that can fit it on,mainly the ones that need a rain abuser or revenge killer that is speedy.
