Stupid Skarm/Swampert combo looks ANNOYING.

Only thing i'd do differently is give Flygon a Choice Scarf. Thats what i run on my U-Switch team and its easily my greatest threat. Also maybe cover up your water weakness a little more, maybe by switching to Rotom-W? idk.

Other than that, I'd say its a pretty deadly team.

Fly, you did a fantastic job of evaluating the team. Special Water attacks can be a nuisance indeed, sometimes I have to sac something, but it's not that big of a deal. All Rotoms are Ghost/Electric in Gen 4, otherwise i'd be running Rotom-W hands down. Skarm/Pert do an excellent job of getting up hazards, and phazing+racking up damage. Ebelt Flygon bluffs the scarf, and allows me to catch the opponent off guard. Like for example, I killed something with Earthquake, then he brought in a Celebi thinking I was locked into EQ, but I uturned and scored another KO. Bluffing the Scarf on Flygon is a really great way to catch easy KOs.
