i reckon you should swap drag or breloom for a bulkier pokemon. bulky pokemon are just good for BP cuz priority isn't going to kill them off.

Examples of Pokemon that could replace Breloom?

ummm... gliscor mabye? togepiss would do as well if you wanted a special attacker. mabye one of the 100 across the board legendaries too, like celebi, mew or something.

EDIT: oh, and maybe gyarados too.

The ladder is not kind to Hyper Offense. It's definitely one of, if not my very favorite playing style. I can with experience say, making a page one hyper offense team is a very big challenge. But, it's definitely fast paced, and I can see you've developed a sense of what a team like this is supposed to accomplish: throw down hazards, get behind screens, set up, pass, sweep.

Let's look at goal number one. Hazards. The only hazard you have to assist your sweep is Stealth Rocks. While this is easily the best hazard in the game, if not the best move entirely, it leaves much to be desired. Additional hazards will assist in breaking down powerful walls (examples Slowbro, Blissey, Tangrowth). Strong walls have the ability to halt all your offensive momentum, so a free 25% to their green is welcomed.

That being said, remove Uxie and add Deoxys-D. This monster is what I use on my own Hyper Offense teams. With the ability to lay multiple hazards, almost nothing can stop this beast from setting up. Dual Screen Deo-D is outclassed and bad. Don't allow yourself to run a Dual Screen Deo-D. This is the set I suggest for now.

Deoxys-D @Fire Gem
48 HP / 252 SpA / 208 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
-Stealth Rocks
-Spikes
-Hidden Power Fire
-Psycho Boost

I'm at work and I don't have the correct EVs for this set on me right now. I stole those from Smogon, they look really stupid, and Deo looks frail as fuck. But, run with it until I can get you my custom EVs. This set was created by a friend of mine, but it seems to be popular now. It allows you to set up hazards, and kill common rapid spinners while they come in trying to do their job. Forretress, Scizor, and Ferrothorn get fucked by HP Fire. It's hilarious to see someone lead with a Scizor to counter your Deo, and in one click it's dead. Psycho Boost deals at least 75% to Tentacruel and Donphan.

Now that hazards are taken cake of, lets look at goal two. Screens. It's important to use pokemon that can abuse screens. Pokemon like Lucario do not benefit from screens, because they are super frail to begin with. Pokemon you've picked like Dragonite and Jirachi are excellent, and can abuse screens to set up. Before we get further into good sweepers, lets focus on what will supply your screens. Espeon.

Espeon @Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce
252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Baton Pass
-Psyshock

This new moveset is one of my favorite. This Espeon plays many roles. First and foremost, it blocks your opponent's hazards. Second, Psyshock offers a reliable way to kill Terrakion, even if Sand is on the field. Third, screens. Baton Pass is nice, because it gives Espeon the ability to escape Pursuit trappers such as Tyranitar. It's also nice, because you can pass your boosts to Espeon if your opponent tries to phaze you out, then pass them to a sweeper afterwards.

I'll post more on suggestions for sweepers later, i'm at work, and i got shit to do.
