Breloom

Breloom [OU] 286

Abilities:
Effect spore
Poison heal
Technician

Stats:

HP: 60
Atk: 130
Def: 80
SpA: 60
SpD: 60
Spe: 70

Total: 460

Placed Tier: OU

Type: Grass/Fighting

You can type your opinion of this pokemon here: Breloom's mediocre defense stats automatically take him out of some peoples teams. He really can't take too many hits. I love this set though. If he gets the chance to set up he can easily sweep because everyone seems to underestimate this little mushroom. Huge stab and attack stats after bulk up can kill 2HKO a lot of the metagame. I love this set and I hope he finds a way into your hearts too.
Set #1: BulkSpore

Item: Toxic orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 236 HP, 60 speed, 212 SpD
Nature: Careful

- Spore
- Bulk up
- Drain punch/Mach Punch
- Substitute/ Seed bomb/ facade

Set Explanation: Simple enough. Use spore. Then substitute. Set up using bulk up. Wreck with MASSIVE stab. Drain punch to deal huge hits and to heal you. You can use mach punch instead for priorty, but not as powerful. HP is divisible by 8 for maximum poison heal recovery. You can use seed bomb instead of substitute to wreck all bulky water types. Another option is facade. After being poisoned facade has a HUGE 140 power hitting everything with neutral damage.

Counters: LOL ghosts. Breloom cant even touch them. Literally. Choice banded Blaziken and Darmanitan can OHKO him. Ice types and flying types are also a problem for Breloom. When this pokemon come in you should switch out, or you can try to outspeed with spore. Your choice.

EDIT: Fixed Ev's.

Not a bad set, aside from the fact it's walled by ghost, which you made note of. You might want to have seed bomb as the first option over substitute due to Bup Breloom being able to take on physical landorus and stuff like that, and Breloom is normally one of Jellicent's main counters

BIG NOTE: 236 hp EVs gives breloom 320 hp, which is divisible by 8, not 240 EVs

The order of the moves on my sets have no real significance. It's just what you prefer.
