Cryogonal is a very unique pokemon, mostly due to one main reason; Rapid Spin.
This sinister snowflake is one of the best spinners in RU, and grants excellent protection from the special based Ghost types of RU, who are immune to hazards.
Cryogonal has lackluster HP and Attack, with absolutely abysmal defense, but this snowflake has monstrous special defense and remarkable speed and special attack.
This unique trait allows it to wall most RU specially-based pokemon. But theres more, the icing on the cake is that Cryogonal can learn Recover, one of the best recovery moves in game. However one must be wary of the omnipresent Fire and Fighting types when using Cryogonal, for they may easy break this icicle.

Set #1 : Defensive Spinner

Moveset : > Rapid Spin

> Light Screen/Substitute/

Explanation : This reliable moveset allows Cryogonal to set up very well, with almost unbeatable Special Defense with the added EV's and Light Screen. The Rapid Spin and Recover are a staple combination for Cryogonal, complementing it's role greatly. Ice Beam is a powerful STAB move that will considerable damage most pokemon due to Cryogonal's good Sp.Atk. Cryogonal's 105 Speed allow it to Rapid Spin and Recover first with most pokemon. Along with leftovers, Cryogonal is a good contender to set up and easily chip away at most RU pokemon.

Moveset : > Ice Beam

Explanation : Cryogonal's 95 Special Attack stat is no joke; complemented with added Life Orb bonus and a good 105 Base Speed, Cryogonal is a probable Special sweeper that fits well into most RU teams. Hidden Power Ground OHKO's most fire types in RU, not to mention Steel types as well. Toxic can cripple other RU walls ensuring Cryogonal Rises ahead of the competition. Recover allows Cryogonal to ultimately be unaffected by the otherwise HP deteriorating Life Orb.
