Weatherless OU

This is a team that revolves around one of the most dangerous and most underestimated pokemon in the metagame,Volcarona. This team can also be divided into two parts depending on the battle. The beginning of the battle usual operates on stall.Setting up hazards and what not and forcing the opponet to switch. The second part is Volcarona's job or Terrakion,to sweep away everything else left behind in the feild of entry hazards. This team has raised my rank on PO to the top 500s,and it may take me even further...So its time to introduce you...To another weatherless OU team!

Dat Defense (Deoxys-D) @ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 196 Def / 60 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Magic Coat
- Recover
- Knock Off
The usual lead to this team.It setup StealthRocks, and tanks hits.MagicCoat is for pokemon who would love to setup entry hazards so I would get a free hazard or bounce back a Toxic. It also helps against those darn prankster leads...Recover helps increase Deoxys longevity on the field while knockOff can annoy opponents easily.A stall based pokemon without leftovers doesn't last that long... The RockyHelmet helps with U-Turn Scizor and what not.

Man-O-War (Tentacruel) (M) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP / 32 Def / 224 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Protect
- Rapid Spin
- Scald
A spinner was desperately needed for Volcarona to sweep, and Tentacruel was the perfect pokemon for the job.Toxic was chosen other ToxicSpikes so I could poison things like Tornadus-T and Rotom-W.Protect is for scouting purposes while.RapidSpin is an obvious move.Scald is for that chance to get a burn(even though it rarely happens >_> )

Manly Eggs (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 196 HP / 224 Def / 88 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss
Dont hate Chansey, appreciate. This thing is such a boss in so many ways.it can tank almost any attack and live.SoftBoiled helps heal the damage Chansey takes so it can troll around longer.ThunderWave stops those fast speedy pokes easily while Aromatherapy heals my team of posion, burns, etc.SeismicToss is just for the extra damage.

Meta Hawk-2.0 (Skarmory) (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Drill Peck
Gotta love that Skaromory. It has great defense and easily screws over most dragons.Combine that with the fact that it can setup Spikes and WhirlWind pokemon around into its newly made death trap make it a great part of the team.Roost heals off that damge while DrillPeck is just there.

RagingBull (Terrakion) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- X-Scissor
Its a giant rock bull wearing a scarf that goes on a rampage. The main physical sweeper of the team makes this poke much needed.A sTAB CloseCombat hurts anything that doesn't resist while a STAB StoneEdge does the same.EarthQuake is a more accurate way of hitting certain pokes like Heatran or magnezone without the sideefects of a loss of defense. It also helps with ChopleBerry Tyranitar.

~Amaterasu~ (Volcarona) (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 80 Def / 176 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain
The main sweeper of the team that is one of the most serious threats to any team after setting up one QuiverDance.A Timid nature helps it outspeed Tornadus and and get a speed tie with ChoiceScarf Salamence after one QuiverDance.LumBerry helps against Toxic and ThunderWave that may cripple Volcarona from sweeping.BugBuzz is for the oh so lovely sTAB while FieryDance is the main move to use.Gigadrain helps well against Gastrodon and

This concludes this team. This team as helped me increase my rank on PO drastically, even thought most people forfeit due to the stall part after saying some profane words...If you want to use this team or alter it to use for yourself go ahead, even thought it requires a certain mindset when playing with it.Also one of its biggest threats is Jirachi so that should be noted as well.
