Tornadus-T on a rain team with Superpower and Hurricane can threaten this team.For this you can place a chople berry on Tyranitar or make Heatran specially defensive.On heatran replacing dark pulse with dragon pulse may help figt dragons locked into outrage.You can alsp try replacing Salamence with Landorus as landorus can benefit from the sand more and isn't as threatened by Stealth Rocks.A scarfed landorus may help against Tornadus ,but a rock polish or sworddance version may work also.

you can stop those stall teams by adding a pokemon to outstall them by using sabeleye instead of salamence or scizor with
