Vote~ Should challengers in Gym / Elite Four challenges be forced to use the same team on all of the challenges.

It's simple, to prevent simply building new teams to beat each challenge (especially since weather is going to be allowed). Shouldn't the challenger have to use the same team for all of the matches? I think this is a fair compromise and it was an idea that both Swag and Valentine pointed out.
What do you guys think?

That's why I said both Elite four AND Gym leaders

They can use the same team for all gym leaders, and a different team for all e4. But, challengers shouldn't be allowed to change teams in between each gym match, or in between each e4 match. But that's really the only flexibility that should be allowed (you can change pokemon movesets and items and EVs whenever you want, just not the actual pokemon)

IF we were to vote this in, I would say Valentine's way is the best method of going about this. I'm inclined to disagree with this in general because you can't guarantee that you'll be able to beat so many different teams with a single team. There comes a point in skill level in which the victor is only determined by team match-up and/or hax due to things like, "Okay, I'm good at predicting, and he knows that I know that he knows that I..." etc just makes predicting a guessing game. I would like it if you could in fact adjust your team but ofc blatant, outright counter teams shouldn't be permitted, but this of course can't always be managed, so that's why my first sentence says what it says.
